Legal Project Coordinator / Legal Assistant

The Legal Project Coordinator / Legal Assistant is a full-time position, critical to the company, serving as a single point of contact for our clients and being the person responsible for the intake, management, oversight, and timely completion of projects. The LPC is responsible for maintaining ongoing and regular communications with clients from project receipt through the completion of deliverables.

The Coordinator must also balance the delegation and oversight of projects with the performance of other services such as general corporate work, compliance filings, and other supporting tasks to be determined on an individual basis.  The Coordinator must prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment as well as respond quickly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
